印刷濟(jì)南圍擋中產(chǎn)生印刷靜電的原因與消除辦法

在打印生產(chǎn)過程中,有時紙張或印品彼此吸引粘連在一起,難以分開,這種景象即是打印靜電現(xiàn)象。在氣候干燥的冬天,打印紙張帶靜電的景象尤為突出,輕則給正常的輸紙、收紙和齊紙形成障礙,重則無法開機(jī)打印。

消除濟(jì)南圍擋靜電的方法:

1、接地。這是最簡單的消除靜電的方法,但對于絕緣體簡直沒有效果。假如有兩部印刷機(jī)臨近,固然它們各自都有導(dǎo)線接地,但因電荷泄露的水平有所不同,它們之間依然可能有電位差,應(yīng)該用導(dǎo)線把它們銜接起來。
